Deposited Balance on the Play Account is used only to participate on WinBack. Winnings on the Play Account are not withdrawable.

Qualifying losses generate Affiliate Cashback. The entitlement is 40% of the loss watermark. The watermark only rises, and the entitlement cannot exceed 40% of that wallet’s lifetime deposits. Affiliate Balance is withdrawable according to these rules, verification, and the platform rules.

A newly posted cashback amount can be claimed after 5 minutes. An amount that was already unlocked stays claimable. The claim pays only the wallet that sends the transaction, and only up to that wallet’s own cap.

Referral level 1 is open from the start. Deeper levels open after deposit volume from the levels above them: level 2 at 1,000, level 3 at 2,000 across the first two depths, level 4 at 3,000 across the first three, level 5 at 5,000 across the first four, and level 6 at 10,000 across the first five.
